We endeavour to get purchases to you as quickly as we can. As such all orders are processed within the same working day. However, for orders placed after 4pm (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia time), the order will be processed on the next working day.

We are also bounded by third-party logistics providers' terms of services.

Delivery time frame:

West Malaysia (WM): Up to 7 working days

East Malaysia (EM): Up to 12 working days

International: Up to 30 working days

Delivery Charges:

From time to time, the brand will run promotions in which shipping charges will be discounted or waived. Otherwise, the following shipping charges apply:

WM: RM8

EM: RM12

Delay in delivery:

Due to unforeseen events such as pandemic outbreaks or spikes in backlog at third-party logistic hubs, delays in delivery may occur. 

If your purchases have not arrived at the delivery address you provided upon check out after the above delivery time frame has passed, do write to us at hello@encorium.my at the soonest possible.
